Role Description

This is a part-time, remote position for Inside Sales (2 years) in a SaaS environment. The Inside Sales representative will be responsible for generating leads, managing customer satisfaction, and providing excellent customer service. Day-to-day tasks include identifying potential clients, initiating and maintaining contact through various communication channels, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. The goal is to drive sales and expand our customer base through effective communication and service.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in Inside Sales and Lead Generation
  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
  • Ability to maintain high Customer Satisfaction standards
  • Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and remotely
  • Experience in the SaaS industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
