Role Descript

Part-Time - Junior (1-3 years) Non-IT Recruiter at in Bengaluru. The IT Recruiter will be responsible for full-lifecycle recruiting, IT recruitment, hiring, and technical recruiting tasks within the company.

Qualifications (NON TECH RECRUITING ONLY)

  • We are only looking for Non-IT recruiters who have deep expertise in hiring Sales and Marketing profiles
  • Is aware of how to tap and validate Jr profiles in 3-6 months of expertise
  • 1-3 years of Experience in hiring Non-Tech Roles like Sales and Marketing
  • Strong ability in Recruiting practices
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
