**High level job responsibilities**
- Clear understanding of the deliverables pertaining to fundraising, representing Organization in all social media’s and amplifying our work as and where relevant and required.
- Representing Organization in key seminar’s, conferences etc to create a market for the donor’s and importantly amplifying our contribution and impact to the stakeholders and ecosystem
- Executing the strategy for required number of conversions
- Build / revive relationships with Organization’s partners including academic institutions (for creating internship opportunities), implementation partners et al and create relevant opportunities for collaborative participations in RFP’s
- Build a knowledge graph for every interventions (energy, water, livelihood, WASH etc)
- Organization should be present in all relevant media’s / platforms such as CSRBox etc for discovery
- Ensure collaboration and representation with Dasra, Sattva, ILSS etc

**Essential attributes -**
- Post-Graduation, with a science/engineering/management graduate degree.
- Minimum of 6 - 7 years of relevant experience, preferably working with NGO’s in the fund raising areas dealing with foundation and CSR’s
- Strong leadership qualities, with the ability to inspire Donor’s
- Solution Oriented with high degree of Accountability
- Ethical and honest approach to work, with the ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- Willingness to travel at short notice
- Ability to work through ambiguity and uncertainly and be able to articulate clearly
- Entrepreneurial and innovative

**Must have’s -**
- Fluent written & oral communications along with relationship building
- Strategic thinking & ability to execute at speed at the same time being creative
- Understanding of fundraising landscape & proven credentials
- Advanced MS office skills, Social media, Canva, Adobe
- Financial acumen
- Ability to multitask and ability to interact with Head of foundations, CSR, HR functions
- Have done proposal writing, creating marketing collaterals & have at least 2-3 Wins
- Strong analytical skills and ability to create CxO level presentations and speak to it
- Knowledge of climate, sustainability, gender & livelihood areas
- Good knowledge of CSR & Foundations and key areas they support
- Ability to work under pressure & timelines

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: Up to ₹900,000.00 per year
