Assign, reject or re-assign software request tickets, or work with end user and ensure the necessary data is captured.
- Support end user to ensure timely resolution, prompt communication on progress, and handling end user queries.
- Act as first point-of-contact for the end user and guide users on processes and approval criteria.
- Share daily, weekly & monthly usage/allocation and revocation of software licenses.
- Ensure timely license revocation against exit case from the admin portals.
- Software asset management activities include creating, updating, tracking, monitoring, and maintaining software licenses.
- Having Good Knowledge of Ms Execl (Vlookup,Hlookup, Pivot Table)

- 3-5 Years of similar work experience
- Nearby located from location or if not, then should have own conveyance.
- Understanding on Regional Language will be referred.
- Should have a Graduate degree.
- Ready to extend shift on demand.

- Good Team Player
