Job Description:

You will be the first point of contact for users reaching out with technical issues. Your primary responsibility is to provide effective troubleshooting and resolution, ensuring excellent customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide user support via calls, portals, emails, and chat.
  • Respond to and resolve queries related to commonly-used software, hardware, and other equipment.
  • Log and track all service desk tickets in the defined software.
  • Evaluate and escalate unresolved issues according to helpdesk policies and framework.

Performance Metrics:

  • Adherence to time and quality standards.
  • Minimal escalations and high customer satisfaction.
  • Accurate and timely documentation.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in a similar role is beneficial.
  • Proficiency in troubleshooting software, hardware, and IT systems.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
