**Responsibility**:
- Lead Generation. Identifying potential clients and new business opportunities.
- Establishing and nurturing relationships with prospects, clients, and key stakeholders.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business development goals.
- Create proposals, quotations, negotiating terms, and pricing to close deals and secure contracts.
- Provide ongoing support, addressing concerns, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Provide regular reports and insights to management to evaluate sales effectiveness and inform decision-making.
- Arranged online training.
**Requirements**:
- Experience in sales and business development is a must
- Experience in related fields/Industry is a plus
- Strong verbal and written communication skills and interpersonal skills are musts
