Role and Responsibilities:
The role of a Territory Business Manager at Kezan Consulting is dynamic and challenging. Your primary responsibility will be to manage corporate accounts and music events/concerts within the specified territory. This will involve business partnering with B2B and corporate houses, as well as event organizers, to establish strong partnerships and long-term business relationships. Specific responsibilities include:
- Exploring and expanding the food business from various out-of-home avenues like corporate, events, corporate tie-ups, bulk orders, housing societies, etc.
- Building and managing relationships with key stakeholders such as corporate admin, facility/procurement team members, and event organizers through effective communication and rapport-building
- Identifying and exploring new locations for party/celebration orders, such as setting up food counters in tech parks/corporate cafeterias and participating in festivals/events
- Building a robust business funnel to achieve monthly/quarterly business goals
- Acquiring and converting new B2B customers, becoming their preferred partner for food ordering
We are seeking candidates who are highly motivated and capable of excelling in this dynamic and collaborative role. The ideal candidate should have:
- A Bachelor's degree with 3-4 years of experience or an MBA with 2 years of experience in business development, B2B/corporate sales, or account management
- Excellent negotiation and influencing skills, with a proven ability to effectively communicate and manage key decision makers
- A high level of ownership and accountability in coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to get tasks done
- The ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment and demonstrate a proactive and go-getter attitude
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills, with a willingness to take initiative and try new approaches to drive business success
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills to effectively convey ideas and proposals
