This is a remote position.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Ivanti EPM Administration**:

- Perform regular health checks, optimizations, and troubleshoot issues within the Ivanti EPM environments.
- **Scripting and Automation**:

- Create and maintain custom scripts for software deployment, configuration, and system management.
- Automate routine tasks and processes to improve efficiency and reduce manual intervention.
- Utilize scripting for advanced automation and customization of deployment workflows.
- **Windows Vulnerability Remediation**:

- Lead vulnerability scanning efforts and work with security teams to prioritize and remediate identified vulnerabilities.
- Implement custom scripts to automate vulnerability remediation tasks in collaboration with security policies.
- Stay abreast of emerging threats and security vulnerabilities, implementing proactive measures to mitigate risks.
- **Troubleshooting and Root Cause Analysis**:

- Conduct in-depth troubleshooting of Windows OS-related issues, utilizing tools and diagnostics to identify and resolve problems.
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive knowledge base of common issues, resolutions, and best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze complex system issues and provide timely resolutions.
- **Documentation**:

- Create and update standard operating procedures (SOPs) for routine tasks and complex system processes.
- Establish and maintain documentation for troubleshooting methodologies and root cause analysis procedures.
- **Collaboration and Communication**:

- Communicate effectively with end-users during software deployments, providing clear instructions and managing expectations.
- Participate in cross-functional meetings to align Ivanti EPM strategies with organizational objectives.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Hands on 3-5 years of experience on Ivanti EPM or SCCM tools.
- Strong expertise in patch management and scripting within Ivanti EPM or SCCM.
- Hands-on experience in Windows vulnerability remediation incidents.
- Proficient in troubleshooting Windows OS-related issues.
- Solid understanding of IT security principles and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
