**About This Role**

Reporting to Finance Manager, we are seeking an energetic and highly motivated Account Payable and Admin to provide support to the finance department and ensuring that all administrative and financial duties are completed accurately and efficiently.

**Duties & Responsibilities**
- Invoice Entering and Sorting
- Download daily received invoices from Accounts Payable mailbox
- Upload in the SharePoint-Group into the folder according to the received date
- Enter invoices into accounting system (Databuild)
- Checking and verifying invoices by Digital stamp invoices-Po Match/PO Not Match
- Rename the file name for the invoices following the format with [ Job address(abbreviation)_Supplier Name]
- Sort invoices into each site supervisor and manager's folder according to the job address 1st Round EOM Reconciliation
- Reconcile the transactions in the Databuild with suppliers' statements
- Filing and maintaining supplier records
- Assisting to prepare the analyses of accounts and producing monthly reports
- Assisting to continue improving the payment process
- Assisting to process payment to suppliers by scheduling pay checks
- Responsible to suppliers enquires
- Responsible to Fortnightly Expenses Forecast
- Performing other ad hoc tasks as required by Supervisor

**Skills & Experiences**
- Minimum Diploma in Business Administration, Accounting or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years' experience in an administrative/accounts role.
- Proficiently in computer literacy and experience with financial software
- Meticulous attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Excellent planning and organizational skills to effectively prioritize work.
- Ability to work under pressure and consistently meet deadlines.
- Thrives in an international environment and possesses excellent oral and written communication skills in English
- Strong work ethic
- Wiliness to learn and adapt to new challenges
- A dependable team player with a positive “can-do” attitude
- Ability to effectively multi-tasks
