This is a remote position.

Greetings from 2COMS,

We have an excellent opportunity with one of our premium clients for a role in App Admin.

Qualification - Any Graduate

Remote Work (Permanent WFH)

Take ownership of ensuring the smooth functioning of the app.

Approve and reject the user profiles based on pre-determined parameters.

Receive and process refund requests from the App backend and CSM department based on the criteria set forth by the app rules and regulations.
Upload new data into the app. This may involve uploading creatives and new stories for the stories section. All these uploads will occur from the backend.

Add or delete relationship coaches from the app. They will also be responsible for uploading or deleting the coaches’ information from the backend.

Add or delete events, help users create and organize online events by coordinating with the teams internally.

Coordinate with relationship coaches to inform them of any last-minute changes.

Ensure that the weekly activities are reported internally.

Download and analyze all the reports available on the dashboard to provide meaningful inferences to the stakeholders

Monitor dashboards and report when the trends change.

Shift timing - US (5:30 PM to 2:30 AM)
