Role Overview:

As a Google Apps Script Expert, you will play a key role in automating business workflows, enhancing data management, and integrating Google Workspace tools. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to develop scripts that improve productivity and streamline operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain custom solutions using Google Apps Script
  • Automate data processing, report generation, and task scheduling in Google Sheets
  • Integrate Google Workspace tools (e.g., Gmail, Drive, Calendar, Forms, Docs) using Apps Script
  • Build and deploy custom add-ons and web apps for internal use
  • Troubleshoot and debug existing scripts to enhance performance and reliability
  • Collaborate with teams to gather requirements and deliver technical solutions
  • Ensure data accuracy, security, and compliance in all automated processes
  • Maintain documentation for all scripts and workflows

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Strong hands-on experience with Google Apps Script (JavaScript-based)
  • Advanced knowledge of Google Sheets (formulas, pivot tables, data validation, etc.)
  • Experience integrating Google services (Gmail, Drive, Calendar, etc.) through Apps Script
  • Ability to write clean, modular, and well-documented code
  • Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail
  • Good understanding of workflows and business automation
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills

Preferred Skills (Nice to Have):

  • Experience working with Google Workspace Admin APIs
  • Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for building custom UIs with Apps Script
  • Familiarity with third-party APIs and using UrlFetchApp
  • Prior experience building web apps or internal dashboards using Apps Script
  • Knowledge of data privacy and security best practices

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹5, ₹25,000.00 per month
