Job Summary:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and innovative Social Media Marketing
(SMM) Executive to enhance our online presence and engage with our target
audience across various social media platforms. The SMM Executive will be
responsible for planning, implementing, and monitoring the company's social
media strategy to increase brand awareness, improve marketing efforts, and drive
traffic to our website.
Key Responsibilities:

- Social Media Strategy: Assist in creating and implementing social media
strategies that align with the company’s marketing goals.
- Content Development: Create engaging content for various social media
platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube). Content
may include posts, graphics, videos, and stories.
- Content Scheduling & Posting: Manage a content calendar to ensure
timely posting on social media channels.
- Community Engagement: Monitor, engage, and respond to followers’
comments and messages, fostering positive relationships and customer
engagement.
- Influencer Outreach: Identify and collaborate with influencers, bloggers,
and brand advocates to boost visibility and brand reputation.
- Analytics & Reporting: Analyze the performance of social media
campaigns using tools like Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, and social
media scheduling tools. Report on key metrics such as engagement, follower
growth, website traffic, and conversions.
- Stay Updated on Trends: Keep up-to-date with social media trends,
emerging platforms, and best practices to ensure the company remains
competitive.
- Competitor Analysis: Monitor competitors’ social media activity and
implement relevant strategies to maintain a competitive edge.
- Collaborate with Internal Teams: Work closely with the content, design,
and marketing teams to ensure consistent messaging across all platforms.

Qualifications & Skills:

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

Pay: ₹9,924.87 - ₹18,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
