Job Description:
Pixel Bharat is looking for a skilled and experienced Social Media Executive to join our team. As a Social Media Executive, you will be responsible for managing multiple social media accounts, creating engaging content, and designing captivating visuals. If you have a passion for social media, a keen eye for design, and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, we want to hear from you.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage and oversee multiple social media accounts, including content creation, scheduling, and engagement.
- Develop and implement effective social media strategies to drive brand awareness and engagement.
- Create compelling and visually appealing content, including graphics, images, and videos.
- Monitor social media trends, industry developments, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent brand messaging and cohesive social media campaigns.
- Track and analyze social media metrics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and make data-driven recommendations for optimization.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media platforms, tools, and trends to continuously improve our social media presence.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Social Media Executive or similar role.
- Proficiency in social media platforms, scheduling tools, and analytics.
- Strong knowledge of graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Canva) to create visually appealing content.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Previous experience in managing a team is preferred.
- Passion for social media, creativity, and staying ahead of industry trends.

Salary bracket: 12,000 - 20,000 INR per month, based on experience and qualifications.
