We are looking for a **creative **and driven Social Media Specialist to join our team.
As a #SocialMediaExecutive, you'll work with the team to manage the brands work with, their online presence by developing a strategy, producing good content, analyzing usage data, facilitating client/customer service, and managing projects & campaigns.

This role requires a deep understanding of social media platforms, content creation - creating original content across various social media platforms, management, and analytics.

**Responsibilities**
- Create engaging content for various social media platforms, including posts, stories, videos, and images for use on social media
- Manage all aspects of social media channels, including content planning, scheduling, publishing, and monitoring.
- Monitor social media trends, best practices, and emerging platforms to stay ahead of the curve.
- Promoting & marketing products, services, and content over social media, in a way that is consistent with brand and it's social media strategy.
- Engage with the audience by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Develop and execute social media strategies to achieve marketing goals and objectives.
- Keeping track of data and analyzing the performance of social media campaigns
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align social media efforts with overall marketing campaigns and initiatives.
- Analyse social media performance metrics and generate reports to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and tools to optimize social media presence and effectiveness.

**Qualifications/Skills**
- Proven experience as a Social Media Specialist or similar role.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience with graphic design and video editing software is a plus.
- Creative thinker with a passion for storytelling and content creation.
- Consumer psychology
- Proficient in social media management tools and analytics platforms.
- Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)

**Education**
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field.

**Experience**: Minimum 6 months to 1+ years of social media marketing experience.
- Previous work experience as a Social Media Analyst, Social Media Strategist, Social Media Executive, or a similar position.
