You should be able to lead and manage our digital campaigns to final execution and analysis.

**Responsibilities**:

- Work closely with marketing and communications teams to establish and maintain an assertive brand outreach on social platforms.
- Develop and execute social media strategies to meet brand objectives.
- Manage paid advertising on platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, Reddit, Tumblr and Reddit.
- Support social marketing efforts for other channels, such as SEO/SEM etc.
- Monitor the organisation's social media accounts and ensure brand consistency in all social media messages, produce reports, etc.
- Create relevant and versatile content to engage target audiences, promote our brand and drive engagement.
- Report and analyse the performance of social media campaigns and provide insights on performance metrics.
- Lead and instruct cross-functional teams (content, graphics, marketing) in a fast-paced environment with multiple deadlines.

**Requirement**:

- Experience of at least 1-2 years in digital marketing, content writing, and social media management.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with problem-solving acumen.
- Expertise in social media platforms (like Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and LinkedIn).
- Familiarity with customer service and customer relations.
- Strong attention to detail with time-management and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks with ease.
- Should have knowledge about creating videos and its tools.
- Knowledge of digital marketing tools (like Google Analytics and Adobe Creative Suite).
- Knowledge of SEO, SEM and other digital marketing techniques.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift

Work Location: In person
