**Job Overview**:
We are seeking a dynamic and creative Social Media Executive to manage and enhance our online presence across various social media platforms. As a key member of the marketing team, the Social Media Executive will be responsible for developing and executing social media strategies, creating engaging content, and growing the brand’s social media presence.

Key Responsibilities:

- Research and create winning social media content strategies for Facebook and Instagram that improve the brand and its interaction with customers.
- Create content for social media which is attractive and focuses on the targeted audience's engagement.
- Develop social media posts and captions that are interesting and consistent with the brand positioning and speak to the target audience.
- Utilize analytics tools to track and evaluate social media performance, adjusting strategies based on data-driven insights.
- Create and oversee a content calendar to ensure consistent and timely postings across social media platforms.
- Schedule and manage posts for optimal visibility and engagement, maximizing impact on both platforms.
- Ensure a cohesive and on-brand presence across all social media posts and interactions.
- Stay informed about the latest trends and changes in social media to keep content relevant and engaging.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in digital marketing or any field with a strong interest in marketing.
- Proficiency in producing high-quality and engaging social media content
- Highly creative and develop innovative content ideas.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Effective at presenting content and strategies to stakeholders.
- Experience with design tools such as Canva or similar
- Deep understanding of social media trends, algorithms, and audience behavior.
