We’re looking for a skilled and creative social media executive to join our team at **Web** **Ministers**. As a social media executive, you will work collaboratively with our team. In order to raise brand awareness, you will also develop and implement initiatives, interact with our audience, and oversee our social media presence. From concept to final implementation and analysis, you should be able to lead and oversee our digital initiatives to maintain our brand's online visibility. If you have a knack for written and verbal communication and enjoy working in an interactive and growth-oriented environment, you could be an excellent fit for the role.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop engaging content for various social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.) that aligns with our brand voice and marketing goals.
- Build relationships and encourage brand loyalty by planning and managing daily articles, keeping an eye on comments, and participating in our online community.
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics for social media campaigns; generate reports to assess effectiveness and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging social media platforms to keep our strategies fresh and relevant.
- Help in organizing and carrying out promotions and campaigns on social media

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1 years of experience in social media marketing or a similar role.
- Strong writing, editing, and communication skills.
- Creative mind set with the ability to generate fresh ideas and concepts.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Evening shift
- Monday to Friday
- Night shift

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Social media marketing: 1 year (preferred)
- total work: 1 year (preferred)

License/Certification:

- Digital marketing (preferred)
