**Job Title: Hair Trainer**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Deliver comprehensive training sessions to educate students on hairdressing techniques, trends, and industry standards.
- Demonstrate various hair cutting, styling, coloring, and treatment techniques in a hands-on learning environment.
- Provide personalized guidance and feedback to students to help them develop their technical skills and artistic flair.
- Develop and update curriculum materials, lesson plans, and training resources to ensure alignment with industry best practices and emerging trends.
- Foster a supportive and collaborative learning environment where students feel empowered to explore their creativity and express their unique style.
- Stay abreast of the latest hairdressing trends, products, tools, and techniques to enhance the quality of training provided to students.

**Requirements**:

- Certified hairstylist or hairdresser with a minimum of [X] years of professional experience.
- Demonstrated expertise in hair cutting, styling, coloring, and treatment techniques across a variety of hair types and textures.
- Strong passion for hairdressing and a commitment to ongoing learning and skill development.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and teaching skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex concepts to students.
- Previous experience in a training or educational role preferred, but not required.
- Flexibility to work weekdays, evenings, and weekends as needed.
