Salon Trainer

**Curriculum development**:Design comprehensive training programs covering all aspects of salon services, including technical skills, client consultation, product knowledge, and hygiene protocols.
- **Delivery of training sessions**:Conduct theoretical and practical training sessions for new and existing staff members, covering techniques like hair cutting, coloring, styling, facials, waxing, manicures, and pedicures.
- **Individual coaching**:Provide personalized feedback and coaching to staff members based on their performance and skill level to address specific areas of improvement.
- **Performance evaluation**:Regularly assess staff proficiency through practical demonstrations and client feedback to identify training needs and track progress.
- **Product knowledge training**:Educate staff on the features and benefits of salon products, ensuring they can effectively recommend and sell products to clients.
- **Industry updates**:Stay informed about emerging trends, techniques, and regulations within the beauty industry to incorporate new knowledge into training programs.
- **Mentorship**:Act as a mentor to new stylists, guiding them through their initial training and helping them develop their skills.
- **Maintaining training records**:Keep detailed records of staff training sessions, including attendance, progress, and areas for improvement.
