Salon Trainer

Key responsibilities:

- **Curriculum Development**:Design and implement comprehensive training programs covering all aspects of men's grooming including haircuts (classic, modern, fades), beard trimming, facial treatments, scalp care, product knowledge, and styling techniques.
- **Hands-on Training**:Provide practical training sessions, demonstrating techniques on mannequins and live models, ensuring proper tool usage and client consultation skills.
- **Skill Evaluation**:Assess trainees' progress through observation and practical assessments, identifying areas for improvement and providing targeted feedback.
- **Mentorship and Coaching**:Offer ongoing support and guidance to trainees, addressing individual learning needs and promoting continuous development.
- **Industry Trend Awareness**:Stay updated on emerging trends in men's grooming, including new haircut styles, grooming products, and techniques, incorporating them into training programs.
- **Quality Control**:Monitor the quality of services provided by trainees, ensuring consistency and adherence to salon standards.
- **Staff Motivation**:Foster a positive learning environment, encouraging trainees to develop their skills and excel in their roles.

Required qualifications:

- **Cosmetology License**:A valid cosmetology license with specialization in men's grooming
- **Experience**:Proven experience as a skilled men's hair stylist, preferably with prior training or teaching experience
- **Technical Expertise**:Deep understanding of various hair cutting techniques, beard trimming styles, and facial treatments specifically for men
- **Communication Skills**:Excellent communication skills to effectively explain techniques, provide feedback, and address client concerns
- **Leadership Abilities**:Ability to guide and motivate trainees, creating a positive learning environment

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
