**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
*

Conduct **theoretical and practical training** on HydraFacial, laser hair removal, skin rejuvenation, and other aesthetic machines.

*

Ensure **proper technique**, hygiene standards, and safety protocols are taught and followed.

*

Create and maintain **training manuals, SOPs, and assessments** for new joiners and refresher programs.

*

Stay updated with **latest advancements** in aesthetic treatments, tools, and technologies.

*

Conduct **on-site** and **in-house training sessions** as per operational needs across branches or partner locations.

*

Collaborate with the operations and quality team to **assess service quality** and provide performance feedback to therapists.

*

Support in **pre-sales consultations** and demo sessions when required.

*

Maintain **training logs**, feedback reports, and certification records.

**Requirements**:
*

Minimum **2-5 years** of experience in HydraFacial and laser therapy treatments.

*

Certification or diploma in **cosmetology, aesthetics, or laser technology** (CIDESCO, CIBTAC, or equivalent preferred).

*

Sound knowledge of **skin types**, contraindications, treatment protocols, and client consultation techniques.

*

Strong **communication**, **presentation**, and **interpersonal** skills.

*

Willingness to **travel** for on-ground training if required.

**Preferred Attributes**:
*

Prior experience as a trainer or senior therapist in a reputed clinic or chain.

*

Knowledge of various aesthetic devices like diode lasers, ND:YAG, Q-switch, etc.

*

Fluency in English & Hindi (regional language is a plus).

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
