Beautician Trainer

Key Responsibilities:
Training Delivery: Conduct hands-on and theoretical training sessions on beauty treatments, including skincare, makeup, hair removal, and other specialized services.

Curriculum Development: Design and update training modules, manuals, and assessments based on industry standards and trends.

Evaluation and Assessment: Monitor and evaluate trainees' progress through practical exams, quizzes, and feedback sessions to ensure skill mastery.

Product Knowledge: Train beauticians on product usage, benefits, and handling, with an emphasis on promoting brand-specific products as necessary.

Safety and Hygiene Standards: Educate trainees on health and safety protocols, including hygiene practices, infection control, and safe handling of chemicals.

Professional Development: Mentor beauticians on soft skills, client interaction, and professional conduct, ensuring they provide excellent customer service.

Performance Feedback: Provide constructive feedback and support to trainees, identifying areas for improvement and setting actionable goals.

Trend Awareness: Stay updated on industry trends, techniques, and new products to incorporate cutting-edge practices into training.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
Education: Certificate or diploma in cosmetology or a related field; trainer certification preferred.

Experience: 1+ years of experience as a beautician; prior experience in training or mentoring is a plus.

Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective teaching and instruction.

Patience and Adaptability: Ability to work with trainees of varying skill levels and adjust teaching methods accordingly.

Attention to Detail: High standards for precision and cleanliness in all beauty procedures.

Passion for the Beauty Industry: A keen interest in trends, products, and techniques within the beauty sector.

Certification: Relevant beauty and safety certifications; trainer certification preferred.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
