Key Responsibilities:

- **Sales Target Achievement**:

- Meet or exceed sales goals by driving product sales across different regions or accounts.
- Work with sales managers to set realistic and ambitious sales targets.
- **Product Promotion**:

- Promote and sell FMCG products to customers, including retailers, wholesalers, or direct consumers.
- Organize and participate in promotions, in-store activities, and product launches.
- **Customer Relationship Management**:

- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key customers, such as retailers or wholesalers.
- Regularly visit clients and prospects to present new products, resolve issues, and maintain satisfaction.
- **Market Research and Analysis**:

- Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and customer preferences.
- Provide feedback to the marketing team based on customer insights, market trends, and competitor strategies.
- **Product Distribution**:

- Ensure that products are delivered on time and in full to the correct locations.
- Manage inventory levels and track product distribution to avoid shortages or overstocking.
- **Reporting and Documentation**:

- Regularly report on sales activities, customer feedback, and market conditions.
- Track sales performance and adjust strategies to improve results.
- **Negotiation and Closing Sales**:

- Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with customers.
- Close sales deals while ensuring profitability for the company.

Key Skills:

- **Sales Skills**: Strong negotiation skills, the ability to influence customers, and a deep understanding of the sales process.
- **Product Knowledge**: Familiarity with FMCG products, consumer behavior, and market demand.
- **Communication**: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with clients and work within a team.
- **Analytical Skills**: The ability to analyze sales data and market trends to adjust strategies effectively.
- **Problem-Solving**: Address customer concerns and identify new opportunities to drive growth.

Qualification and Experience:

- **Educational Background**: A bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is typically required. Advanced degrees or sales certifications are a plus.
- **Experience**: At least 3-5 years of experience in sales, preferably in FMCG, retail, or a related industry.

This role requires a dynamic, motivated individual who can thrive in a fast-paced environment and has a passion for driving sales.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Weekend availability

Supplemental Pay:

- Commission pay
- Performance bonus
