Job Description:As a Junior Operations Associate, you will assist under the mentorship of the Operations Manager in supporting the day-to-day administrative, operational, and technical tasks. This role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth execution of operations and encompasses a unique blend of traditional operational responsibilities with a strong emphasis on technology and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in managing daily operational activities to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
- Support the implementation and optimization of operational processes and systems, with a keen focus on technological efficiency and effectiveness.
- Play a pivotal role in the continuous improvement of operational policies and procedures, incorporating technology solutions where applicable.
- Be involved in technology provisioning, including setting up accounts, managing access permissions, and ensuring the secure configuration of operational tools and systems.
- Assist with the administration of technology resources, including hardware, software, and cloud-based services, ensuring optimal performance and security.
- Contribute to project management tasks, from planning and execution to assessment, with an emphasis on leveraging technology to enhance outcomes.
- Compile and assist in analyzing operational and technology-related reports, providing insights for improvements.
- Participate in the development and maintenance of compliance frameworks to ensure adherence to regulations and standards, such as SOC 2 and HIPAA, with a special focus on technology's role in compliance.
- Aid in conducting regular compliance audits and technology systems reviews to identify any discrepancies or areas for improvement.
- Foster effective communication and coordination across different departments, bridging operations and technology to achieve seamless collaboration.

Qualifications:

- Recent graduate with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field, with a strong interest in technology.
- Demonstrated interest in operations and technology through internships, volunteer work, or coursework.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the capability to liaise between operational and technical teams.
- A team player with a positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. Analytical thinker with a keen attention to detail and a passion for technology.
