We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Junior Associate to join our Digital Operations team at SLK Digital Private Limited. The ideal candidate will have 0 to 2 years of experience in digital operations or a related field.

Roles and Responsibility

  • Manage and maintain accurate records of digital transactions and operations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve operational issues.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity.
  • Analyze data and metrics to inform business decisions and optimize operations.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to internal stakeholders.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in digital operations.

Job Requirements

  • Strong understanding of digital operations principles and practices.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to meet deadlines.
  • Familiarity with digital tools and technologies, such as CRM software and project management tools.
  • BCOM, BBM, BBA Graduates, preferably having banking operation/ Fraud alerts experience of 0-2 years
