**Job Title**: IT Operations Associate

**Job Summary**: We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Junior IT Operations Specialist to join our IT team. This role supports the smooth running of daily IT operations, system performance, and IT asset management, ensuring high availability and optimal performance of IT services. The Junior IT Operations Specialist will assist in troubleshooting issues, managing IT assets, and supporting internal users, contributing to a secure and efficient IT environment.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Daily IT Operations Management**: Assist in monitoring and managing daily IT operations to support consistent availability and performance of IT services, identifying and resolving basic technical issues as they arise.
- **System Performance Monitoring**: Monitor system performance, troubleshoot common issues, and escalate complex problems to senior IT staff or vendors as necessary.
- **IT Asset Management**: Track and maintain an accurate inventory of IT assets, including hardware and software, to optimize utilization and support IT asset lifecycle management, including upgrades, replacements, and disposals.
- **IT Policies and Procedures**: Support the implementation and enforcement of IT policies and procedures to improve operational efficiency, data security, and compliance.
- **Internal User Support**: Provide IT support to internal users by responding to service requests, resolving basic technical issues, and escalating more complex matters as needed.
- **Project Assistance**: Collaborate with the IT team to assist in planning, coordinating, and executing IT projects, ensuring that tasks are completed according to project timelines and requirements.
- **Data Security and Compliance**: Adhere to data security best practices and assist in ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies related to IT governance.
- **Reporting and Analysis**: Collect data and prepare reports on IT performance metrics and asset utilization, providing insights and suggesting potential areas for improvement.
- **Technology Trends**: Stay informed about emerging technologies, trends, and best practices in IT operations, helping to inform team decision-making and innovation.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Basic understanding of IT systems, networking, and troubleshooting techniques.
- Familiarity with IT asset management practices and software.
- Strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Basic knowledge of data security practices and regulatory compliance standards.
- Eagerness to learn and stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends.
- Team-oriented mindset with a proactive and problem-solving attitude.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Prior internship or experience in an IT support or IT operations role.
- Experience with IT service management (ITSM) or ticketing systems.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
