Job Title: Associate - Finance and Operations

Job Summary: The Finance and Operations Associate will be responsible for managing and

overseeing the financial operations of the organization and ensuring that day-to-day business

operations are running efficiently. This individual will work closely with senior management to

provide strategic financial advice, monitor financial performance, and streamline operational

processes.

Experience: 0 – 1 year

Qualification: Any master degree in Finance and Analysis

Key Responsibilities:


• Order Processing and Order Management.


• Financial Management and Operations.


• Manage tax payments and GST filing.


• Manage monthly payroll, book keeping and records.


• Record Accounts Payable and Receivables.


• Process Invoices and follow up with clients, suppliers and partners as needed.


• Manage quarterly and annual financials.


• Manage Audits, compliances and filings.


• Analyse financial data, spot discrepancies, and make recommendations to optimize financial

performance.

A person with right attitude who is enthusiastic and who has strong work ethics is

preferable.
