- Clinisupplies is a leading UK-based manufacturer and supplier of medical appliances specialising in bladder and bowel products for managing acute and chronic conditions. We also offer a portfolio of bandages and garments for the treatment of wounds and chronic skin conditions.
- Employing over 800 people in the UK, China and India, we supply our products to the NHS and deliver direct to patients’ homes through Nightingale Home Delivery, our dispensing appliance contractor.

**Indian Subsidiary**
- Clinisupplies India Pvt Limited (CSIPL) is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Clinisupplies Ltd, UK. CSIPL operates a state-of-the-art manufacturing plant located in Kunigal, near Bangalore, Karnataka, ensuring localised production to meet demands effectively. Additionally, CSIPL has established two corporate offices to support its operations across India: one in Bangalore, Karnataka, and another in Indore, Madhya Pradesh.
- Role summary
- This role provides systemised access, analysis and reporting of People data. It drives the provision of digital first HR advice, working with People colleagues to prioritise and host data that is timely, accurate and compliant. It ensures systems change and upgrades are planned, communicated, managed and supported effectively.
- Key Responsibilities

- Defines and implements the HR information strategy to support the wider People strategy
- Develops policy and procedures for how the business stores, accesses, analyses and reports on its core people data, ensuring compliance with HR policy, wider data protection and confidentiality regulation, guidance and best practice
- Identifies requirements for HR information systems, frameworks and tools to meet business need. Specifies the design and manages development and implementation of system changes and enhancements to ensure best value from system functionality, excellent user experience and continuous process improvement
- Supports the wider People team to access, interpret and use people data, dashboards and system, resolving queries and issues and enabling others to take appropriate actions
- Works with third party suppliers to develop existing and new functionality to meet internal customer requirements and to keep pace with any external regulation and guidance
- Explores and develops opportunities to streamline HR transactional process through digitisation or improved access to policy, process and guidance
- Delivers planned changes and enhancements within budget and to plan, with guidance from senior colleagues
- Drives client-focused process improvement and decision-making
- Builds Clinisupplies’ technical expertise through mentoring and coaching; identifies and develops the next generation of experts
- Creates an environment where everyone in the team can live the Clinisupplies Values, where our people feel valued, appreciated and free to be who they are at work
