Role Description

Roles and Responsibilities:
- Efficient B2C Business and Customer Relations Management:
Effectively oversee the management of B2C operations and build strong customer relationships.

Operational Support and Execution:
Work closely with the Manager and internal stakeholders on assigned operational functions to achieve efficiency and ensure seamless execution of tasks.

Strategic Planning and Optimization:
Collaborate with senior management to develop and execute strategic plans aimed at optimizing operational processes and achieving organizational goals.

Process Improvement:
Continuously assess existing workflows to identify areas for improvement and implement initiatives to streamline operations, enhance efficiency, and reduce costs.

Resource Management:
Ensure optimal utilization of resources to align with operational objectives effectively.

Cross-Departmental Collaboration:
Coordinate with departments like Sales, Marketing, Finance, and HR to synchronize activities and achieve integrated business objectives.

Documentation:
Create, Update and Maintain the Process Documents such as Workflow, SOP etc.

Qualification and Skills Required:
- Bachelor's degree in business operations, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum 6 months to 1 year experience in operations management
- Strong command of Google Sheets, Google Slides, MS Office, and Google Workspace tools.
- Expertise in Google Sheets formulas, automations, and creating professional PowerPoint slides.
- Prior experience or interest in the fitness or wellness industry is an added advantage.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both written and spoken English).
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and multitasking abilities.
- Self-disciplined, proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
- Skilled in client handling, webinars, and social media management.
- Enthusiastic about solving operational challenges and optimizing task completion.
- Experience in preparing sales reports and other operational documentation.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
