We are looking for a "Salesperson with a passion for tourism and travel", who could grow with the company. The person will assist in achieving sales targets for the company, bringing a respectable contribution and earn handsome remuneration. Contact the prospective clients and helps them identify their ideal travel package based on suggestions, client dates and other requirements. Study and assimilate all information regarding travel destinations such as prices, weather, food, language, currency, customs, etc. Regularly maintain a good relationship with company customers. Provide end to end services to the clients while organizing their trip, i.e. from booking the tickets, arranging for visa, reserving the hotels and creating the day wise itinerary. Provide all relevant and essential information to the tourists regarding their travel, e.g. meet and greet arrangements, important points and inclusions as per, itineraries, brochures and maps etc. Target selling the best & appropriate tour package at a right price to the right customer. Negotiate prices based on any customizations/modifications requested, or any other changes in the itinerary or travel plans and accommodate to the best level possible. Resolve any problem that arises during the operations of the trip for the customer. Regularly update a database containing client details and their travel information. Ensure that all the data is secured and handled appropriately. Reach the monthly and annual sales targets as confirmed at the time of appointment. Stay up to date on domestic and international travel trends of destinations handled. **Requirements**: Bachelor or Masters in tourism, hospitality or any other related field will be a plus. Prior experience of more than one year in a tour or travel business is preferred with knowledge of popular outbound destinations from India and domestic destinations. Strong knowledge of travel destinations, booking portals, software and procedures. Basic computer skills and software like MS Office and Outlook. Multilingualism will be an advantage. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Efficient negotiation and sales skills. Up to date with domestic and international travel trends and guidelines. Well, read on the current rules and regulations of tourism. Note: - Flexible working hours after the probation period. - Salary + Target-based incentives and commission from day one.
