Job Title: Sales Executive

Job Summary: We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Executive to join our

sales team. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities,

should have excellent communication skills, a strong sales acumen, and a proven track record of

meeting or exceeding sales goals.

**Responsibilities**:

- Identify and prospect new business opportunities by researching and targeting potential

clients.
- Understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions and recommendations.
- Prepare and deliver sales proposals, quotes, and contracts to clients.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify

business opportunities.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales records and reports using CRM software.

Qualifications: Degree/Diploma in Electrical Engineering/ Electronics/ Instrumentation or a

related field.
- At least 2-10 years in the Service in Sales & Marketing in an Electrical Automation

manufacturing company working with any Channel Partners of ABB, Siemens, Schneider

or with any reputed panel builder in NCR will be preferred.
- Basic knowledge of PLC/DCS, MCC, PCC, and VFD panel systems and their components.
- Basic knowledge in ScadaDesigning,Distributed Control System, Programmable Logic

Controller,.
- Excellent project management and leadership skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Self-motivated with a proactive and target-driven approach.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to travel as needed.

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,698.88 per month

Day range:

- Monday to Friday

Shift:

- Day shift

Travel requirement:

- Up to 50% travel

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Faridabad, Haryana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Business development: 2 years (preferred)
- Lead generation: 2 years (preferred)
- total work: 2 years (preferred)
- Sales: 2 years (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (preferred)
