We are currently seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Recruitment Executive to join our Human Resources team and help us attract and retain top talent.

**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Recruitment Strategy**: Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to meet the company's staffing needs. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and create accurate and compelling job descriptions.
- **Onboarding Support**: Assist with the onboarding process for new hires, including the preparation of employment contracts, induction programs, and coordination with relevant departments to ensure a smooth transition.
- **Market Research**: Stay informed about industry trends, labor market conditions, and competitive hiring practices. Provide insights and recommendations to improve recruitment strategies and processes.
- **Compliance**: Ensure all recruitment practices comply with legal and company policies. Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Relevant HR certifications (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP) are a plus.
- **Experience**: At least 2-4 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably within manufacturing or similar industries. Experience in handling high-volume recruitment is advantageous.
- **Skills**:

- Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.
- Proficiency in using recruitment software and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- **Knowledge**:

- Familiarity with employment laws and regulations in India.
- Understanding of various job roles and skill sets relevant to the manufacturing sector.
