In this role, you will focus on identifying and cultivating leadership talent who will help build, deliver, and drive the technologies and services. You will own the talent market for a particular business or function with Google, utilizing various tools, resources and sourcing methodologies to uncover and engage the talent in the space, to develop relationships, and to match them with the leadership opportunities.Great just isn't good enough for our People Operations team (known elsewhere as "Human Resources").
