**About the Role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop effective job search strategies using job boards, company websites, recruitment agencies, and social networks
- Understand client profiles and match them to relevant job opportunities
- Review resumes and evaluate skills and experience for job suitability
- Coordinate responses and interview schedules with clients

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's or Postgraduate degree in HR
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sourcing and recruitment
- Strong knowledge of different industries, job roles, and functions
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Ability to strategize and manage end-to-end sourcing processes
- Hands-on experience with job portals, recruitment boards, and resume databases
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
