**About the Role**:
SMK Soft is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic **IT Recruiter Intern** who is eager to learn the end-to-end recruitment process for technical and non-technical roles in the U.S. market. This internship will give you hands-on experience with real-world recruiting tasks under the mentorship of experienced professionals who have worked with top U.S. clients and Tier-1 vendors like Infosys, Wipro, and HCL.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Learn to review and **screen resumes** for technical roles such as Software Engineers, Cloud Architects, and Analysts.
- Help research market trends, job descriptions, and **technology terms** to better understand open positions.
- Participate in **team meetings** and strategy sessions to improve recruiting effectiveness.

**Qualifications**:

- Currently pursuing or recently completed a **Bachelor’s degree** in Human Resources, Business, IT, or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Interest in **technology and recruiting**; prior exposure or certification in recruiting is a plus.
- Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced, **client-facing IT staffing** environment.
- Basic understanding of job portals and MS Office/Google Workspace.
