Company DescriptionWe are an end to end web solution services company who believe that if our clients can envision their goal we can make their vision a reality through the web portals we design It is our earnest endeavor to offer practical solutions with the aid of the latest technology to ensure optimal results for the sustainability of our clients business and fulfilling its objectives We deliver an array of services including website designing mobile application development graphic designing end to end content writing internet marketing and social media management to name a few Position Recruiter Intern Location Basheerbagh Hyderabad Job Type Internship 3-6 months Stipend Depends on the skills Availability Full-time On-SIte Job Responsibilities Assist in sourcing and screening candidates through various job portals social media platforms and networking events Support the end-to-end recruitment process including scheduling interviews coordinating with candidates and updating the applicant tracking system ATS Conduct initial candidate screenings via phone or video to assess qualifications and cultural fit Post job openings on various platforms and help manage candidate pipelines Maintain and update recruitment databases and candidate records Assist in creating and managing candidate engagement strategies to enhance the candidate experience Collaborate with senior recruiters to understand job requirements and develop candidate profiles Provide administrative support in organizing recruitment events and job fairs Help prepare recruitment reports and metrics for internal reviews QualificationsQualifications and Skills Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources Business or a related field Strong interest in recruitment talent acquisition or human resources Excellent communication skills both written and verbal Good organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines Proficient in MS Office Word Excel PowerPoint Experience with job boards LinkedIn Indeed etc is a plus High level of attention to detail and problem-solving abilities Ability to work independently as well as part of a team Additional InformationCompany Infasta Soft Solutions Designation Recruiter Internship Location Basheerbagh Hyderabad xe2 x8f xb0 Timings 10 AM to 7 PM Experience Fresher Whatsapp 9731747471Only Immediate Joinees apply for this job
