Equip Lease Sourcing Representative

**Responsibilities under Managed Services**:

- Lease inception
- Portfolio Management
- End of Term
- Reporting
- Maintaining timely and accurate data on computer system and
- Following End of Term processes as per client contract
- Reviewing data with a keen eye for discovering problems and anomalies.
- Perform post-booking customer service and portfolio management, including:

- Fulfillment of reporting requests
- Managing Mid-term changes
- Completion revision requests
- Effectively record lease renewals, buyouts, and returns.
- Assist in portfolio and asset level
- Support process automation and system development:

- Provide enhancement requests and bug identification, prioritizing and monitoring their
- Assist in the automation of any manual processes being performed

**Responsibilities under Sourcing Task**:

- Coordinating with our clients' employees across the United States, Europe, Asia, and Australia for collecting documents and details of their leasing portfolio. This involves documents in various languages and Requires follow ups for translations, review lease contracts; use translation services if needed to translate contract into English.
- Interacting with and educating the new client personnel to help understand the process and the need to go through the internal client leasing process.
- Create and review on-line training videos for customers, lessors, and
- Conducting monthly or quarterly training for client employees. Developing ppts and videos to simplify the Training manual and make it user friendly. Working on a comprehensive reference guide/FAQ for ready Videos and instruction manual, along with online help will ease our dealings with customers with regards to LeaseAccelerator user interface.
- Maintaining and updating the Asset Request Form (ARF) and the LvB Override Form for clients if needed and applicable.
- Keeping track of the ARFs that come into the system from clients, checking whether they are complete and correct, and classifying them in
- Pre-booking of the leases for clients that use
- Helping with the compilation of data for the clients' Quarterly review
- Attending calls with clients on a weekly or monthly basis for status
- Manage the bidding/proposal process for our clients located outside of the US
- Provide phone and verbal support to lessors that want to join our GLN and provide bids for our clients. Manage the accuracy of our database.
- Provide back up support to US colleagues, which gives company up to 24-hour
- Use excel tools to automate the gathering and entering data, and creation of reports.

**Summary of Qualifications**:

- A Five-year Bachelors College degree with Finance or Accounting concentration.
- A history of success in client service (empathy and advocacy), and outstanding consultative relationship skills in the equipment leasing Five (5) plus years preferred.
- Knowledge of lease structures, documentation, and economics of leasing.
