**Job Title**: Project Coordinator

**Job Summary**:
The Project Coordinator plays a pivotal role in supporting project planning, execution, and delivery. They act as a bridge between different departments and stakeholders, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Project Support & Coordination**:

- Assist in planning and scheduling project timelines, tasks, and milestones.
- Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion of deliverables.
- **Communication**:

- Act as the point of contact between team members, clients, and management.
- Prepare and distribute project updates, reports, and documentation.
- **Documentation & Reporting**:

- Maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans, and records.
- Track resources, budgets, and timelines; prepare status and performance reports.
- **Meeting Coordination**:

- Organize internal and external meetings, including scheduling, agendas, and minutes.
- Follow up on action items to ensure task completion.
- **Risk & Issue Management**:

- Identify potential risks and issues and work with the project manager to resolve them.
- **Tool & Process Management**:

- Use project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, MS Project) to track and update project statuses.
- Help standardize processes and improve workflow efficiency.

Pay: ₹30,084.13 - ₹50,994.74 per month
