**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute strategic outreach plans to build and strengthen relationships with doctors, medical groups, discharge planners, and case managers.
- Identify and cultivate new referral sources, including general practitioners, geriatricians, and specialists in senior care.
- Conduct in-person visits and presentations to physician offices, hospitals, rehabilitation centers, and other healthcare facilities.
- Promote the benefits and differentiators of our assisted living and home care services to healthcare providers and their teams.
- Track referral data, measure campaign effectiveness, and provide regular reports on outreach outcomes.
- Collaborate with the operations and admissions team to ensure a seamless intake process for referred clients.
- Attend community and networking events, health fairs, and medical association meetings as a representative of the organization.
- Maintain knowledge of industry trends, local competitors, and regulatory compliance related to senior care services.

**Who You Are**
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Healthcare Administration, Communications, or a related field preferred.
- 2+ years of experience in healthcare marketing, physician relations, or business development in assisted living, home care, or senior services.
- Existing network within the local medical community is highly desirable.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Self-starter with strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license required for frequent local travel.
