Description: About Company. EVEN Healthcare is developing an integrated Payvider model - combining insurance and healthcare delivery under one ecosystem. Our first hospital, a 60-bed facility on Racecourse Road, focuses on providing accessible primary and secondary care with in-house doctors, clinics, and an extended network of specialists and diagnostic partners.About The Role: We are looking for a dynamic and well-connected GP Referral Marketing Manager to strengthen our referral network and drive patient inflow through strong engagement with General Practitioners, Family Physicians, and nearby Clinics. The ideal candidate should have an established network of doctors and healthcare providers in the Malleshwaram, Seshadripuram, Rajajinagar, Infantry Road, Cunningham Road, and Millers Road areas and a keen understanding of local healthcare dynamics.Key Develop and maintain relationships with General Medicine , General Practitioners, Family Physicians, and local clinics to generate patient referrals.- Regularly visit referral sources to promote hospital specialties, consultants, and new services.- Organize CMEs, doctor engagement programs, and networking events.- Track referral performance and ensure consistent follow-up and feedback.- Identify potential new referral sources and establish long-term collaborations.- Coordinate with hospital consultants and operations teams for seamless patient referrals.Desired Candidate Profile:- Bachelors degree (MBA preferred).- 2-6 years of experience in hospital marketing, referral development, or business development roles.- Strong local network of doctors and clinics in Central Bangalore (especially Malleshwaram to Millers Road belt).- Excellent communication, relationship management, and interpersonal skills.- Self-motivated, target-driven, and willing to travel locally.Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):- Number of new and active referring doctors onboarded.- Monthly referral conversions and patient inflow.- Engagement frequency with key GPs and clinics.Benefits and Perks : Best in Industry + Incentives + ESOPS.Skills: referrals, Referral marketing, GP referral marketing.
