Description:About Company.EVEN healthcare is developing a new model of healthcare delivery called "Payvider.As payer , Even is an insurance agent, helps people and companies get insurance and as a provider Even has their own in-house doctors who do teleconsultation, provide in person consultations through Even clinics and also have extensive network of Doctors, Diagnostics and Pharmacy to help their members get services closer to their homes.Head of Hospital Operations.About The Role.The Head of Hospital Operations will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the hospital, ensuring efficient and high-quality patient care, managing resources, and driving operational excellence across departments.The role demands a strong leader with experience in healthcare operations, strategic planning, and team management.This standardised title (Head of Hospital Operations) improves searchability and clarity for candidates and systems.Key Responsibilities:- Oversee the daily operations of the hospital, including clinical, administrative, and support services.- Develop and implement operational policies, procedures, and best practices to improve efficiency and patient satisfaction.- Manage budgets, monitor financial performance, and optimize resource utilization.- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, quality standards, and accreditation requirements.- Lead, mentor, and develop department heads and staff, fostering a culture of accountability and excellence.- Coordinate with clinical teams to streamline patient flow, admissions, discharge, and care processes.- Implement technology solutions and operational tools to enhance hospital performance.- Drive initiatives for continuous improvement in patient care, staff productivity, and operational efficiency.- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and generate reports for senior management.- Handle crisis management, risk assessment, and resolution of operational issues.Qualifications & Experience:- Bachelors/Masters degree in Healthcare Management, Hospital Administration, or related field.- Minimum 8-12 years of experience in hospital operations or healthcare management.- Strong knowledge of hospital systems, processes, and regulatory compliance.- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities effectively.Key Competencies:- Strategic thinking and decision-making.- Team leadership and people management.- Financial and operational acumen.- Patient-centric approach.- Analytical and problem-solving role reports directly to the CEO/Managing Director and collaborates closely with department heads across clinical, administrative, and support services.Benefits and Perks:Best in Industry Package with Variable & ESOPS.Skills: administrative, healthcare management, management, leadership, operations, daily operations, hospital operations.
