**Job Description: Office Assistant**

**Location**: Kochi
**Working Hours**: 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**

**1. Purchase and Monitoring**
- Purchase office stationeries and supplies as required.
- Monitor office cleanliness and maintain an organized environment.
- Track inventory levels, handle shortages, and ensure supplies are replenished in a timely manner.
- Assist with updating paperwork and maintaining office documents as needed.

**2. Handling Office-Related Activities**
- Troubleshoot minor network or connectivity issues.
- Manage basic office needs, such as water and other essentials.
- Coordinate events and meetings when required.
- Provide support in client reception and ensure a welcoming environment.
- Perform clerical activities and assist team members as necessary.

**3. Proper Packaging of Items for Dispatch**
- Assess items to be dispatched and select appropriate packaging materials.
- Securely pack items to prevent damage during transit.
- Label packages accurately with recipient details and handling instructions.
- Maintain an organized packaging area and ensure materials are adequately stocked.

**4. Meeting Room Setup and Organization**
- Ensure meeting rooms are clean, tidy, and prepared for use.
- Set up and test necessary equipment (e.g., projectors, laptops, microphones).
- Arrange seating and provide required office supplies for attendees.
- Clear and reset meeting rooms after use, coordinating with cleaning staff as needed.

**5. Guest House Management**
- Oversee guest house operations to ensure a comfortable stay for guests.
- Maintain cleanliness, timely upkeep, and proper coordination of bookings.
- Ensure amenities are well-managed and available to guests.

**Requirements**:

- **Education**: High school diploma or equivalent. Additional qualifications are a plus.
- **Experience**: Prior experience in office management, clerical tasks, or similar roles is preferred.
- **Skills**:

- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to troubleshoot basic office-related issues.
- Attention to detail, especially in packaging and documentation.
- **Other Requirements**:

- Willingness to work the 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM shift.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks effectively.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹8,779.69 - ₹20,187.40 per month
