Urgent job opening for **Export / Logistic Executive at NRG Foods Pvt Ltd - Habsiguda.**

**Experience: 2 **years **of experience **in anan **FMCG company.**

**Job Details**:

- Monitoring freight costs and maintaining relationships with shipping companies to ensure competitive rates.
- Coordinating with CHA to ensure that all paperwork is completed correctly and on time.
- Preparation of export documents on timely basis.Timely follow up for GST refunds and other govt incentives.
- Maintaining records of shipments, including documentation such as bills of lading and customs documentation.
- Coordinating with vendors to make sure that products are available in the quantities needed on time.
- Coordinating with third party logistics companies to arrange for warehousing and fulfilment services.
- Coordinating with other departments within the company to ensure that products are received in the proper condition for sale or use by customers
- Following up with customers to make sure that orders are delivered on time and within specifications

**Key Skills**:

- Must be familiar with handling shipment documentation and logistics regulations.
- Must have good communication skills - English & Hindi
- Must have effective writing and verbal communication abilities.
- Compliance with Customs (Export/Import), Central Excise.
- Up-to-date knowledge of industry developments, EXIM guidelines, global logistics, and rules. Good knowledge of import-export with document and clearance process.
- Good computer skills (MS Office, Excel (Advanced formulas), and PowerPoint).
- Ability to multitask and set priorities.
- Must be able to work as a team in a fast-paced, demanding atmosphere while effectively interacting with clients and coworkers and adhering to verbal and written instructions.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹8,589.67 - ₹30,000.00 per month
