An Export Documentation cum Logistics job description entails responsibilities for preparing and managing all necessary documentation related to exporting goods, ensuring compliance with international trade regulations, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate smooth shipment processes, and maintaining accurate records throughout the export cycle; key tasks include generating commercial invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, bills of lading, customs declarations, and tracking shipment documents to ensure timely delivery.
- Understand and adhere to customs regulations of exporting and importing countries.
- Prepare and submit accurate customs declarations to customs authorities.
- Monitor and address any customs clearance issues.
- Track shipment progress and provide updates to internal and external stakeholders.
- Manage documentation flow throughout the export process, ensuring timely submission to relevant parties.
- Maintain comprehensive electronic and physical records of all export documentation.
- Archive documents according to company policy and regulatory requirements.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure accuracy and compliance of export documentation.
- Basic knowledge of shipping methods, freight forwarding, and international transportation.
- Ability to meticulously review documents for accuracy and identify potential errors.
- Having knowledge in USA Trucking.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
