**Job Summary**: The Export Documentation Specialist will be responsible for managing and coordinating all aspects of import and export documentation, including pre and post-shipment processes. This role requires thorough attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to coordinate effectively with various stakeholders, including customs clearing agents, freight forwarders, customers, and internal teams.
- Prepare, review, and manage all Export documentation, ensuring compliance with international regulations and company policies
- Strong Knowledge of Custom Clearance, Freight Management, Import & Export Operations, Coordination with Airlines and
- Coordinating with Overseas Vendors regarding Documentation/Shipment Status/LC's/Payments.
- Expertise in reviewing export documentation (BL's/Invoice/Packing List/etc.)
- Coordinating with customs agents, Logistics & Warehousing partners.
- Coordinating with the Bankers for Payments and Remittances and keep track of payments and balance due.
- Strong knowledge of Plant Quarantine, FSSAI and other exports requirements.
- Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships with global suppliers and customers.
- Must possess strong communication skills and be willing to travel internationally occasionally.
- Knowledge of US Customs clearance is highly desirable.
**Required Experience**
2-3 Years or higher.
**Salary**: ₹12,000 - ₹15,000.00 per month
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
