Job Description - IT System Administrator (Male)

This role requires an in-depth knowledge of Systems, Servers, Operating systems like Windows 10 /Windows Server 2012 R2/2016/2019/2022, Virtualizations, and related technology.

Key Responsibilities:

- Responsible for the maintenance, configuration, and reliable operation of computer systems,network servers, and virtualization
- Troubleshoot hardware and software errors by running diagnostics, documenting problems and

resolutions, prioritizing problems, and assessing impact of issues
- Strong Oral Communication Skills to gather information from employees and explain complex

technical concepts in simple language
- Multitasking skills to assist multiple employees at once
- Perform Regular Backup Failure Monitoring with existing management tools and implement

appropriate processes on failover procedures

are resolved in a timely manner with limited disruptions
- Perform routine and scheduled audits of all systems
- Responsible for assisting Teams with antivirus (Cortex) related issues, troubleshooting problems,

and ensuring their systems are protected from malware and other security threats
- Install, configure third-party software utilities for hardware systems within company

operational guidelines.
- Basic Ideas of server Cluster, SCCM and Cloud technologies like Azure, AWS and Google cloud

and office365.
- Provide training as required.

Basic Qualifications:
B.S. degree in a computer science, information technology, B. Tech computer related discipline or 1+

years IT work experience in a global information technology infrastructure environment.

Preferred Skills/Experience:

- Experience in multiple OS platforms with strong emphasis on Windows Systems,

Servers and Mac OS.
- Experience in Antivirus software and troubleshooting
- Must have deep and thorough understanding of Hardware Failure and system

performance related issues.
- Extensive experience with infrastructure and server theories, principles, and concepts;

architecture, Virtualization Technologies (eg: Hyper-V, VMWare) and

LAN/WAN/Firewall/VPN network technologies.
- Develops, documents, and enforces the standards, security procedures, and controls for

access to ensure integrity of the Windows Systems, Active Directory, and related systems.
- Ability to translate technical issues into understandable business language for end users.
- Team Player with communication, organizational, and strong interpersonal skills. The

role requires significant interaction with many different teams across the globe.
- Must be able to work in a team environment with a “can do” attitude capable of

overcoming difficult challenges.
- Self-motivated, with keen attention to detail and excellent judgment skills.
- Ability to establish new standards for quality, performance, and productivity.

**Job Type**: Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
