**Key Responsibilities**

Administer and monitor Windows and Linux servers, user systems, and core infrastructure components.

Manage and maintain Microsoft Active Directory, Group Policy, and user provisioning workflows.

Perform routine patch management, antivirus updates, disk space checks, and system health monitoring.

Maintain documentation for infrastructure configurations, asset inventory, and operational procedures.

Assist in vulnerability remediation, MFA implementation, access reviews, and log monitoring.

Participate in IT audits and help close compliance-related tasks.

Manage and support vulnerability management processes, endpoint protection systems, and firewall rule configurations.

Perform incident response activities, including log analysis, security event investigations, and remediation coordination.

Perform security monitoring, manage access control mechanisms, and handle SIEM tool integrations.

Handle integration and monitoring of security tools such as Wazuh and Microsoft Defender for Endpoint.

Use Bash and PowerShell scripting for automation, system management, and routine administrative tasks.

Exposure to or hands-on experience with security tools such as: Wazuh, Security Onion, ELK Stack, Microsoft Sentinel Nessus, OpenVAS, and other vulnerability scanners

Familiarity with: Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) and Conditional Access
