Position: System Administrator

Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and proactive System Administrator to manage and maintain all

proficient in various operating systems, and capable of performing patch updates, endpoint

management, inventory tracking and procurement, and troubleshooting hardware and

software issues. The System Administrator will ensure the smooth and efficient operation of

IT systems, ensuring mínimal downtime and optimal performance.

Key Responsibilities
- System Maintenance: Oversee the installation, configuration, and maintenance of

computer systems, servers, and network devices.
- Operating System Management: Manage and update various operating systems

(Windows, Linux, macOS, etc.) including patch management, security updates, and

version upgrades.
- Endpoint Management: Administer and support all endpoints (laptops, desktops,

tablets, etc.), ensuring security compliance and efficient operation across the

organization.
- Inventory Tracking: Maintain and track the company's IT inventory, including

hardware, software licenses, and network devices.
- Troubleshooting: Perform basic troubleshooting for hardware and software issues,

working to resolve problems promptly and effectively.
- User Support: Assist end-users with system-related issues, both remotely and on-site.
- Network Security: Implement and enforce security measures to safeguard company

data and systems from unauthorized access and potential threats.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of systems, configurations, and updates.

Create and update system documentation as required.
- Collaboration: Work closely with other IT staff and departments to identify needs,

plan upgrades, and provide solutions.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, or

equivalent work experience.
- Proven experience as a System Administrator or in a similar IT support role.
- Proficiency in managing and supporting multiple operating systems (Windows,

Linux, macOS, etc.).
- Experience with patch management tools and endpoint management solutions.
- Strong troubleshooting skills for both hardware and software issues.
- Experience with inventory management and asset tracking for IT hardware and

software.
- Familiarity with networking concepts, firewalls, and security protocols.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Skills
- IT certifications such as CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert (MCSE),

or Linux certifications.
- Experience with cloud platforms and storage solutions.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
