**Job Title**: System Administrator **L ocation**: kochi **ob Type**: Full-time

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **System Maintenance & Support**:

- Monitor system performance and ensure all systems are running efficiently.
- Perform regular system backups and recovery tests to ensure data integrity.
- **Network & Security**:

- Manage and maintain network infrastructure, including routers, switches, and firewalls.
- Implement security protocols and updates to ensure the organization’s network and systems are secure.
- Troubleshoot and resolve network issues, including connectivity and performance problems.
- **User Support & Training**:

- Provide technical support to end users, troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.
- Good in Hardware knowledge.
- **Systems Configuration & Optimization**:

- Configure and optimize server settings for maximum performance.
- Participate in the planning and execution of IT projects, including hardware upgrades and system migrations.
- **Documentation & Reporting**:

- Maintain accurate documentation for all system configurations, procedures, and network diagrams.
- Prepare reports on system performance, uptime, and other relevant metrics for management.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree OR diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (preferred).
- **Experience**:

- Proven experience as a System Administrator or similar IT role.
- Familiarity with server operating systems (Linux, Windows Server, etc.).

**Soft Skills**:

- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills to interact with team members and end-users.
- Ability to work independently.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Morning shift

Supplemental Pay:

- Yearly bonus
