Junior Systems Administrator

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Junior System Administrator to join our growing IT team. This entry-level position is ideal for an individual with foundational knowledge in IT systems and a strong desire to learn and grow within a professional IT environment. The Junior System Administrator will play a crucial role in supporting our IT infrastructure, ensuring the smooth operation of our systems, and providing technical assistance to our internal users. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience with a wide range of technologies and contribute to the success of our firm.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **System Monitoring & Maintenance**:
- Monitor system performance, identify potential issues, and assist in troubleshooting.
- Perform routine system checks, updates, and maintenance tasks.
- Assist in managing and maintaining server hardware and software.
- **User Support & Helpdesk**:
- Provide first-level technical support to end-users for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
- Respond to and resolve helpdesk tickets in a timely and efficient manner.
- Escalate complex issues to senior system administrators or relevant teams when necessary.
**Qualifications**:
- **Education**: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- **Experience**: 0-2 years of experience in an IT support role or related field. Fresh graduates with relevant internships or projects are encouraged to apply.
Location: Kochi
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
